Steps to follow after downloading MHR4me
- To set up a password, click on ‘Forgot my Password’ on the app's login screen and follow the instructions using the email address that MHR has on record for you.
- After setting up your password and logging into the app, please make sure to do the following to secure shifts:
- Set up your Communication Preferences
- Set your Availability for Shifts

When you call the number, follow the prompts. Press Option 1, and then Option 3. Your call will then be routed to MHR. Finally, press Option 2 for MHR4me App support.

- Embrace a paperless approach by taking photos of relevant documents, such as a renewed professional driving permit, indemnity cover, and professional council membership, and uploading them to the app
