Our clinical training team regularly visits clients to facilitate quality assurance and mentor personnel. The team also engages with clients to determine professional development needs. We work together with our clients to enrol our personnel for training courses at our clients.
MHR values mentorship – passing the torch of knowledge, information, culture and inspiration to personnel. Our clinical training team actively assists in identifying personnel with mentorship potential in the workplace. Prospective mentors are required to complete our accredited mentorship training programme.
