A high premium is placed on competency-based recruitment and selection. Applicable prospective candidates are subject to a prudent screening, selection and orientation process, before being assigned to our clients. Our clinical assessments include AHASA approved assessments.
SCREENING AND SELECTION
All clinical personnel (excluding Mediclinic and ER24 Moonlighters) are subject to the following screening, selection and registration process:
- Background checks as per our Credential Verification Policy
- Professional Council registration verification (all healthcare professionals)
- Competency-based assessments according to profession and field of specialisation
- Reference checks of recent employers
- MHR orientation depending on profession and according to clients’ requirements
- Clinical orientation at the client's facility depending on profession and according to the client's requirements

MHR AND CLINICAL ORIENTATION (NURSING/CARE WORKERS)
Patient safety is at the heart of what we do. All care workers and nursing professionals attend MHR and clinical orientation before they are placed with clients. Our orientation subjects are structured according to the Scope of Practice/Scope of Work, and tailored according to our clients’ needs.
