Please note that the annual South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) licence renewal due date for pharmacists was on Monday, 1 February 2021. If you have not yet renewed your licence, please do so as soon as possible to avoid temporary deactivation of your profile on our system. Visit the SAPC website www.pharmcouncil.co.za to view the council fees and payment details.
Kindly submit a copy of your renewed licence to your nearest MHR office or email a copy to your region’s admin email address confirmed in number 10 below.
If you are a Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) member, please remember to renew your council licence before Thursday, 1 April 2021. For more information, visit www.hpcsa.co.za, click on the ‘Finance’ tab at the top and select ‘Fees’ from the dropdown menu.

Personal information changes:
As we have reached the end of the 2021 tax year, please notify your local MHR office and not the client if any of the information below has changed during the past 12 months, to ensure that the correct information appears on your IRP5 certificate:
Employment status changes:
Please remember to inform your nearest MHR office if you are no longer a moonlighter (permanently employed elsewhere) or have become a permanent employee. Kindly also complete a new ‘Personal tax’ form received from your MHR office, to change your tax status on our system. The correct tax status assists MHR to deduct the correct tax from your earnings.

Please ensure that you use the ‘pay’ email addresses for payment-related enquiries and the ‘admin’ email addresses for administration-related questions to ensure your email is received by the correct MHR representative.
We would like to remind our panel members (excluding Mediclinic Moonlighters) that MHR uniforms may be ordered from your nearest MHR office. Please note that new rates were implemented on Monday, 1 February 2021. See our new Francis top for nursing and care workers panel members.

The year 2020 has undeniably been like no other year, with many challenges unique to living history. The world that we once knew has changed almost beyond recognition, but the strength and resilience we see around us, and our appreciation for our clients’ partnership and panel members’ dedication, remained constant.
